Inside the apartments

All of the apartments on the second and third floors are one bedroom, one bathroom, with an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, and a separate den. The apartment on the first floor is one bedroom, one bathroom, with a galley kitchen, and open plan living/dining room. It lacks the den, but it has a great private patio instead.

The apartments have a warm, neutral color scheme, with medium-toned hardwood floors throughout the apartment. All of the apartments have incredible high ceilings (ranging between 9 and 13 feet, depending on the unit). The use of pocket doors throughout the apartment allows residents to maximize the feeling of spaciousness in the apartments.

Four apartments have a beautiful view of Onondaga Lake. Four others have beautiful views of the historic architecture in the Village. All the windows are tall and allow for ample natural light. High-quality blinds are provided to residents on all windows.

The kitchens feature high quality, oversized birch cabinetry with a flat, recessed panel door and simple, elegant crown molding; quartz countertops with an under-mount sink; and stainless steel appliances. Each apartment comes with a refrigerator, glass cook-top stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave oven, dish washer and garbage disposal.  Units on the second and third floor have a sit-up counter top (at bar height) lit by decorative pendant lights.

The bathrooms have a combined shower/tub, porcelain tile flooring, a wooden vanity cabinet with a quartz countertop and under-mount sink, and attractive wall sconces.

There is plenty of closet and storage space in each apartment. Some units have additional overhead storage in the bedroom and den closets. In addition, each resident will receive his/her own storage locker on the first floor of the building at no additional charge.

All residences are “network ready,” pre-wired for phone, cable, and high speed internet.

 

About the building

The common areas are as beautifully decorated as the residences.

There are two private, electronically-secured entries to the building for residents and their guests.

The building has an elevator and stairwell, both of which are accessible only to residents.

Each resident will have one on-site designated parking space. (Please inquire if you have additional parking needs.)

There are coin-operated washers and dryers on the first floor. Hot water is available.

Each resident will receive a storage locker on the first floor.

There is a 24-hour emergency maintenance available for all residents.

Onondaga Lake Park is one block from the building, accessible on foot or bike.
