1. Complete the application form:
The form can be completed electronically or by hand, but it must be signed. There is an application fee of $35, payable by check or credit card. The fee covers the background and credit check, which is conducted for us by a third party agency. We will process your application only after we have received payment of the application fee.
2. Send the completed application form and your application fee to JGB via mail, fax, or email (a scanned, signed document is fine):

3. As soon as we have approved your application, we will contact you and ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the specific apartment that you wish to rent. Once we have taken your deposit, we will not rent that apartment to anyone else. This deposit will be applied to your first month’s rent (i.e., your first month’s rent will be reduced by the deposit amount). We will ask you to sign a lease and pay your rent and the security deposit for the apartment shortly thereafter.
