JGB Enterprises, Inc. Expansions – Liverpool, NY 13088
115 Metropolitan Park Drive, Executive Drive, 7110 Henry Clay Boulevard
- In the early 1980s, JGB purchased the land at 106 Metropolitan
Park Drive and developed it, in two phases, into a 6,500 square foot office
and warehouse building. JGB owned the building until 1994, long after it
had moved across the street to its current facility.
- JGB purchased the raw land for its main, current facility,
115 Metropolitan Park Drive, in 1982. It built a 20,000 square foot facility
in 1985 and has expanded it three times since then: it currently stands
at 80,000 square feet. It contains corporate offices, manufacturing facilities
and a warehouse.
- JGB Enterprises expanded again in 2001 and 2006. It developed
several acres of raw land that it owned, constructing two additional buildings
(one in each year) of 30,000 square feet for “flex use” warehouse/office
buildings. The construction enables easy interior modifications in 10,000
sq. ft. increments.
- JGB leases offices and warehousing in Buffalo, NY; Charlotte,
NC; and St. Louis, MO.
- JGB purchased 7110
Henry Clay Boulevard, contiguous
to 115 Metropolitan Park Drive, in 1999. For several years, the building
was leased to a car dealership. In 2004, the building became the home of
JGB Properties and a new JGB enterprise, Generation Power. Following JGB
Properties’ relocation to new offices in Syracuse, and following the sale
of Generation Power to new ownership, the building is now available for
sale or lease.
